Showing limes, grapefruits, vegetables, earth, light strawberries, citrus, lemons and green apples.
Dry on the palate with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with a cheese plate and crackers.

Feb 19th, 2018Yuck. I have never met a rosé from Cotes de Provence that I didn't like... until today. Suckered by a pretty bottle yet again! Has a funky aftertaste that makes you feel as though it's gone bad. If you must, drink this super chilled - preferably as your second or third bottle at a summer BBQ.

Jul 3rd, 2016Blend of Grenache (60%), Cinsault (30%) and Syrah (10%). Elegant light salmon color. Bright aromas of white flowers, peach and fresh herbs. Strawberry, watermelon, apricot and currant fruits on the palate with a touch of minerality on the finish. Solid balance and medium bodied. Rich, mellow and fresh tasting. Thanks for opening this one, Chris B!
