This is the wrong sake. Delectible not allowing correction....Single tank sake and no charcoal filter. Big bold and full bodied and a hint peppery.

This is full throttled and I’m going say a bit spicy if that makes sense. I like the mouthfeel but I’m a bigger fan of the Dessai tenderness
