Simple label. This Mourve has been around for a bit. Good rosy color. Smell interesting. Leathers and plants in the rain. Plus a berry. Some kind of forest berry. Flavors are rose-hips, cherry pits and frankincense. Or is that myrrh. Well you don’t really eat either, but there is a smokey, churchyard thing here. Like offerings to the dead lol. It’s a bit short though. Could have some more depth. This is a fun and very likable red outta S.A. though. Sorta a cheap French red and a fancy Australia Red cross made in Africa.

I haven't had many S. African wines, but this one was full-bodied and delicious. It went well with both the steak and salmon dishes we had - definitely would order this wine again.
