Yum, free-run Steen, a.k.a. Chenin blanc for the rest of us. Pale yellow-white in color. Clean floral notes on nose. Lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of apple and stone fruit in mouth, crisp and dry with slight skin astringency on finish. Good value, great uncomplicated basic summer white for food or on its own

South African Chenin Blanc or Steen locally made from the fresh free run juice. Light and crisp. Lots of tropical fruits, grapefruit with a little bit of honey and lime. Refreshing acidity and a pure, clean finish. Perfect for these nice warm summer evening. Very nice Chenin Blanc for $15.
