Malivoire
Courtney Beamsville Bench Gamay
Really nice - dry, opened after half hour - light-medium wine, raspberry, red currant and plum, minimal oak (good thing), though too much acid keeps this from being far better. Time in bottle will help and would be better with charcuterie to temper the acid.

Feb 11th, 2019CVed 11/11/17 comp of Gamay. Bright red cherries and fruit on nose with lighter ruby color than Morgon. Lively and medium body and lengthy finish with acids. Surprise of a good wine and be great for thx foods. 9 for great value. Acker 8.

Oct 1st, 2015Very special. Gamay treated with the respect of a more "noble" variety. One of the best expressions of this grape I've had the pleasure of tasting, new world or old.
