Apologies if I have not kept up - been sick for over a month now. Better. Taste buds, sharper.

Barnyard and forest floor in the nose,
Deep, dark fruit. Anisé, mushroom risotto de amarone, fresh fig, roast plum, tons of saline. Dark raspberry jolly rancher, zingy acidity.
A solid, wine. Will be interesting to see how it evolves.
