Barnyard and forest floor in the nose,
Deep, dark fruit. Anisé, mushroom risotto de amarone, fresh fig, roast plum, tons of saline. Dark raspberry jolly rancher, zingy acidity.
A solid, wine. Will be interesting to see how it evolves.

A wonderful nose of fruit fields growing through hay mulch
Saline! Lots of it immediately upon lip touchdown. Really lovely ripe fruits, ripe in a high acid kind of way, show well - blueberry, pomegranate, Cara Cara, jolly rancher red. Crisp flavors, that minke well with mild tannin ends. A truly great wine, that is in great demand at my local Latin wine shop, so I always need to grab 2 -!
