A fantastic Provençal rosé. I feel like I'm back in Cannes, on the Croisette... so excited about the mussels in cream we are pairing it with. The wine has some grapefruit, but the acid and bitter are well-balanced with some bright freshness. Beautiful pale pink colour too.
