まだまだ若いので、もう少し置いときたいかも。でも、コスパよし!

Nice Bourgogne. Lighter in style as expected. Really pretty nose: cherry, licorice, violets, minerality and earth. Nice acid. Great food wine. Working nicely with a pork cutlet and veggies.

On all fronts it's indicative of red burgundy. This one is liberal in its presentation of red fruit. Gentle oak, and nice acidity.

Opens up after 30 minutes. Decent pinot with cherry on the nose, but not too memorable.

Great value! It just sings of a great entry level Burgundy. Great acid backbone and an intriguing blend of cherry and floral components. Might not have the complexity or legs of a grand cru but this wine speaks clearly of terroir!!

I love this producer, but find the oak on this distracting.

Burgundy Pinot - bright fruit but minerality. Soft tanin with some acidity. Lovely and easy to pair. Sustainably grown old vines from a well know winemaker in Borgogne
