Deep ruby color and aromatic nose with blueberries plum and definite notes of barnyard funk. Soft silky texture and tannins and touch of well balanced sweetness with pepper notes and floral finish. Great value at Acker 8. Approachable but not vapid and a good food wine or for sipping. Vintage not indicated but significant sediment. Says lot 11. 97 Syrah and 3 Viognier. 12.5 ABV.
