Bourgogne Chardonnay

Coming around the mountain when she comes shows promise in it's evolution.

Pretty nose of white flowers, melon, almond, barest hint of apricot, moderate oak but a touch woodier than I prefer, shows a lot of oak spice on the finish. Decent but not what I expect from Bourgogne Blanc.

Bourgogne Blanc, went nice with our cod filets w/ ginger & scallions+ wild rice pilaf. Was actually best on the 2nd day after opening.

Crisp and bright. Balanced, not very sweet but citrusy finish

Bit too much mineral flavor for us.

Very nice oak balance. Cream brûlée.

Deep, and colorful.

Green apple; light lemon/citrus flavor. Spice, then hint of oak on finish. Soft mouthfeel. Decent finish length. Hint of minerality midpalate. I bet good with food; seafood?
