1938 Corton Rouge, François Martenot from the Collection of Doctrur Barolet. Incredibly alive for 1938. A little musty on opening but with air the fruit is still shining: at times bright cherry that evolved to more dried cherries; a little spice. Served with a wild boar bourguignon and potatoes.
