Fresh, sappy, herby.
100% biodynamic Pinot Noir from the Cote de Beaune.
Red & black berries, fresh moss, sappy tree bark. So fresh & pure.
On the palate this shows purity and a herby character. Red berries & herbs with a mineral backbone. Nice depth.
This needs quite some time to open up but is a very nice , darker, fresher Burgundy.
