Les Beaux Monts Irancy

Hi acid, minimal wine making, bright red cherry. Soft tannin. Punchy fresh wine.

Was looking for some high acidity light red… and this ticks the box perfectly.
A little too fruity (cherry galore!) but with nice vibrant acidity and a polished tannic frame. Quite elegant, but too young.

Very decent. Cherry Cherry boom boom.
