Nose is lemon curd, green apple, sea shells, and old, funky oak.

Lots of zippy lemony and green apple acidity on the palate. A bit of underripe tropical fruit as well as great minerality. The wood notes are subtle and hint at vanilla with some lingering oak on the finish.

A leaner, very refined expression of white Burgundy. A bit Chablis like, but with more oak richness...great stuff either way and for a great price.
