A pleasant sipper, this might be the first wine I can actually give a grape flavor note! Ribena almost but not even near as cloyingly sweet. Fruit evident with black grape and black cherry coming to the fore, but some hints of clove and green pepper. Superb freshness. Nose is deceptively tame.

Dec 17th, 2017Very nice Pinot Noir with a little oak in the nose and on the pallet. Easy to cozy up to on an autumn day or actually anytime. Soft Pinot flavors expand as the glass breaths. Enjoyable!

Smell a bit of oak and some funkiness like grapes and strawberries mashed together that sat out for a while (Jullie smells roasted marshmallows). Taste fruit of currants and plums, a touch of dryness but no sourness.
