2018 in 2022. Unsure of aging potential but otherwise very good. Dried flowers, slight forest and mushrooms. Balanced acidity and okay minerality.

Nice with the halibut with tomatillo puree. Citrus and mineral notes, with a very low key finish.

Excellent drier Chardonnay, on the way towards a Sauvignon Blanc. Went really well with a tomato, garlic & pastis-flavoured prawn dish (thanks Mr Ottolenghi!),
