Thanksgiving 2020; a quiet day with just my wife and the kitties, hopefully 2021 brings family and dear friends back for group enjoyment of this Holiday.
Nose has under-ripe pineapple, ripe pineapple, warm lemon slice, wet flint, light oak/vanilla and lemongrass.
Palate has cooked lemon slice, crushed flint, wet sandstone and pineapple core with a medium finish.
An infant for sure (current release), but made for a solid pairing to a Thanksgiving meal, it worked great with all the flavor diversity on our plates. Oh man, 2018 Burgundy is going to be wonderful.
