2014. With Ben Brown in Malta. Slightly sweet aftertaste. Not bitter. Well balanced but slightly acidic. Strawberry nose. Nice easy drinking wine. Good with my red snapper & Ben’s Canadian aged rib-eye.

Bday dinner. Wonderfully subtle favors good fruit, earthiness. Exactly what you would expect from Burgundy. Paired with a very subtlety marinated pork tenderloin.
