Amusingly the same producer as last night but that’s what they had by the glass for white burg. Slightly light /flat, which is slightly surprising especially for a premier cru, but a nice core of minerality that persists long after each sip. Interestingly rich in body without necessarily being there in fruit.

Good value. Citrus flavors with some subtle nuttiness on the finish. Was a good recommendation from the local wine shop based on the direction I gave them.
