Maison Albert Bichot
Mâcon-Villages Chardonnay
A tremendous burgundy value at 14 bucks a bottle. Restraint and moderate acidity with the anticipated minerality content at the end. A steal.

Nice nose of white flowers, lemon zest, citrus, minerals and white pepper.
Medium bodied and crisp, with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, melons, white pepper, minerals, spices and herbs.
Medium plus in finish with almonds and limes.
A nice Chardonnay from Burgundy. This is a good food wine, balanced and enjoyable. Good quality, refreshing and crisp. Good wine to sip on, by the pool, too.
I paired it with shrimp cocktail. The spiciness of the cocktail sauce and the wine went great together. Great for a nice Sunday afternoon.
