A nice, eminently drinkable Chardonnay. I bought a bottle on the way home from dropping our eldest daughter off at college. I have to admit, it was tough to see her off, but really, it's not like I was there for her that much growing up. You see, throughout the kids' childhood, I busied my self growing our injection-molding business from a regional company serving primarily commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers to the multinational company it is today. I'm proud of what I've built, but still regret missing all the dance recitals and spelling bees. I only hope my daughter someday comes to realize the extent of my sacrifice. Pairs well with fish and chicken, and, unlike most Chardonnays, its dry, oaky flavor is great with BBQ!
