Beautiful Napa Valley Cabernet...very indicative of its type. Muddy garnet color. Black cherry, vanilla and pepper on the nose. Tobacco is added on the palate. Drying tannins with a little milder acidity than expected...but very welcomed. The cherry and vanilla flavors linger, like my old favorite cherry vanilla Coke, except not sickeningly sweet. Delightful.
