A wonderful representation of Plavac Mali, a close relative of Zinfandel in the States and Primitivo of Italy. Very austere for a 2012 but complex with dusty, forest floor notes and stewed black fruit. Wonderful with the homemade pasta that is only made here on the island of Korčula.
