Really good Italian chardonnay. Refreshing citrus and subtle stone fruit, and even more subtle minerality. Fermented in stainless steel, so no oak to it at all. Had this with a smoked prosciutto, tomato and manchego panini with French onion soup. It worked okay, but bit too acidic for the salty prosciutto, but worked beautifully with the soup.
