Cream sickle for adults. A truly brilliant wine from Northern Italy. One if the GREAT dessert wines from any where.

Oxidative but not really raisinated. Sweet with gorgeous acid and a dried tomato / tomato leaf character. The fruit is all oxidative- figs, prunes, apricots. I don't really get any signs of botrytis or new oak- the winemaking doesn't make sense with what I tasted. Puzzling.

What a special wine from Ashish. This had loads of savory complexity--toasted corn, roasted tomato--along with apricot jam and orange marmalade that made for pure deliciousness.

Beautiful wine. Caramelized oranges and hints of green plantain w cutting acidity. Initially tasted just slightly past its prime, but it came bursting to life when paired with dessert (a clementine almond cake) then it tendered more towards the Caramelized citrus and stone fruits.
