Surprisingly dry and mineral driven. Not what youâd expect from that beautiful, pink/orange color. The minerality hits you out of the gate, with a light-medium body, and notes of orange, grapefruit, and underripe strawberry and lemony-stones, driven by a tart acidity and a mouth-drying finish.
