Super Zin with lots of character. Easy on the palate, pairs well with red meats, cheeses, as expected. After some soft swirls the earthy notes came forward.
While not a heavy hitter this Zin carries a solid medium bodied flavor, subtle tannins and a smooth finish. Yum!
