Funky, sulfite nose just opened. If let it breathe for 15- 30 mins, the unpleasant nose will go away. Red/purple flower, candied or dried strawberry, raspberry and red cherry note, vanilla, toasted nuts, baking spice, black pepper, a bit creamy and a round mouth feel. Med plus body with med plus acidity. The characters of Cab Franc has been disguised by the oak. Sad but at least the wine taste balance.

One of the best the North Fork has to offer. We introduced this bottle to our fellow wine enthusiast friends at dinner, loved it! Paired perfectly with charcuterie, and red sauce dishes. Perfect for sipping and conversation.
