As other reviewers have suggested and the winemaker recommends, this wine is so easy to drink. Light on its feet, dry with lemon and lime painted all over it, this is nearly ideal for spring/summer patios and salads. Lacking some RS for regular Asian pairings in our house but a nice change of pace from a favorite grape.

'Entry-level' Riesling from a master, so enjoyable - mostly dry with an enticing hit of residual sugar but most importantly, it's just incredibly drinkable.
