Starts with a bit of toast, then barnyard funk on the nose, once warmed up a little. Tart Granny Smith apple. Nicely balanced, dry bubbly. Great value.

kinda disappointing when bottle is first opened, but after it opened up a bit this was a mouthful of tart apples & a beautiful bubble!!
