Pale gold with an aroma of sulfur; medium bodied, acidic with a lingering finish. a blend of Marsenne, Roussanne and Viognier. I wasn't a fan of a glass of it by itself but it made an excellent pairing for an onion tart.

A fine wine. Pretty nose - green apples, star apples, petrol (acetone-like); leans towards green tropical fruits. Some notes of papaya and flowers. Balanced so well by the high-acidity. Goes well with seafood that's on the salty side.
