We had an amazing dinner at La Vie d’Ange in Paris & had a bottle of this because we were craving a Chateaunuef-du-Pape. We were happily surprised with this 🍷. It was perfect! And, the restaurant is off the beaten path, but so worth it! The owner was the waiter, the Somme, the cook and the cleaner. She was amazing & it might be one of our favorite restaurants we visited! 🍷♥️

Jul 5th, 2023Needs a bit of breathing, but strong blue and black berry notes on the nose. Strong blackberry and faint floral notes, a bit of cassis. Med-high grippy but smooth/fine tannins. Med-low acid, med alcohol. Bold and a nice long finish.
