Chocolate and fruit leather. Firm tannins. Developing nicely, but a bit hot.

This was best only slightly chilled, and showed really expressive and complex flavors of toasted walnuts, baked yellow Apple, buckwheat honey, and truffles. There's some slight petrol, too. Structurally very integrated, and a noticeable finish. My first CdP blanc, and a great one at that!
