Apricot in the nose. Intense concentrated apricot on the palate. So damned good. Drinking like a great st Peray.

Orange Fiano from the Salerno hills. Named after the traditional terracotta vase "quartara" in which this wine is fermented. Ferfumed aroma's, sweet tannins.

Nose is apricot skin.

Palate is apricots. Some spice. Mineral. Very elegant. Luscious. Nectar like but not thick.

Nose is a pleasant bit of sherry. Mineral.

Palate is perfectly medium dense. That elegant sherry. Sweet lemon.

So distinctive. What a great alt white.

Palate is dried apricot. Mineral. Still fresh. Really interesting

As this opens psychotic aged flavors. Like apricot leather. A honey quality. Crazy density and complexity. A wine of a lifetime kind of wine.

Like an amazing aged dessert wine but dry.

Needs 30 minutes of air.
