Deep Ruby red color with aromas of dark berry fruit, oak and herb spice. On the palate cherry with smoke, cedar, cacao and spice notes, savory. Medium+ finish with fine tannins ending with fruit, spice and earthy mineral tones. @delectable

Bright, tangy, red fruit like cranberry, high tannin. Interesting flavors, but we didn't find a great chocolate pairing.
