Friday night #FTW
It's going to be hard to cellar the extra bottle for at least another year. This paired perfectly with a garlicky Italian spiced homemade pizza plus a burrata salad but something tells me it would've paired just as nicely with dirt.

Smells and tastes of chocolate covered cherries at first. Still drinking wonderfully 2 days after opening. Now holds a scent of pepper, tastes of apricot and earth.
