Got better with time. Hard to describe other than sea salt, acid, honeysuckle, stone fruit. Very delicious.

Höghöjdsvinodling och nästan 100-åriga vinstockar. Helt otroligt. Komplext! Den är verkligen fullpackad. Mineralsälta, krutrök, blommor, gröna äppelskal, mandel, päron, citron, torkade kryddor m.m. Väldigt bra bett, mycket fin koncentration.
