Not a ton I could discern from nose on this one, lots of red fruit and maybe some blackberry, somewhat dry and leathery finish with a bit of earthiness, lovely with some Ibérico Abanico, potatoes and grilled asparagus…a great gift from @Pooneet K

Great Nebbiolo qualities that I love. Lovely brick color and tar & roses up the ying-yang. Tobacco, leather, mushroom, slight oak, white pepper, a little mineral, and touch of smoke? Definitely brighter acids and more perfumed than equivalent Barolo. From Flatiron Wines.

delicious. a little spice, arugula stem. mushrooms. earth. some nice floral overtones. great tannins. lingering leather and oak. buy again. from flatiron.
