It looks thick and it is funky on the nose at first
Let it breath a couple of hours and it will benefit
Blood orange, blueberries and watermelon rind
Pencil shaves, red flowers, leather and tar
A bit tannic and tingling after it opened up
Quite long and surely young.
I enjoyed it, but it is quite hard to say to what it will evolve. I guess I need to buy another bottle to find out.

オーストラリアの有名な自然派の作り手、お勉強ということでクリスマスに飲んでみた。
アルコール度数11.5度とかなりのスルスル系。
しっかり色は出ているものの、辛口ワインでこのアルコール度数は早摘みのブドウかな？
香りはキャンディー。
飲めば、タンニンもほぼないくらいで、小梅的な酸が主体で、昔飲んだ新潟のカーヴドッチのあなぐまサンジョベーゼにかなり近い味わい。
オフフレーバーは無かったものの、ちょっと揮発酸を感じるところとか、まぁドナチュラルな感じ。
誰が褒め称えてるんだ？過大評価されてると思う。
