Needed a decant. My experience with this was very different than the other reviews here. Tons of citrus and very bright once the initial funk blew off. Preserved lemon and flowers.

Nice amber color. Burnt sugar on the nose. Palate is a bit sweet but balanced acid and minerality. I taste, banana, pineapple, marshmallow and a little toasted almond

I'll begin by saying that I don't usually enjoy Sauv Blanc, as a variety, but I knew Anton's would not be a 'typical' SB.
I was spot on. It's cloudy, and has a slightly carbonated texture. Not too heavy on the citrus, and the finish is long and nutty. An 'interesting' drop!
