This is a nice and simple Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County. Tangy and spicy. Crisp and refreshing.
Better after an hour of airtime, which surprised me. Easy drinking and good for parties.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers, and had it by the lake.
Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months, with 8% in new French oak barrels. A small production of only 419 cases.
