Pale lemon in color.
Soft nose of limes, grapefruits, citrus, minerals and green apples.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples and spices.
Tangy finish with spices and limes.
This is a nice and simple Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County. Tangy and spicy. Crisp and refreshing.
Better after an hour of airtime, which surprised me. Easy drinking and good for parties.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers, and had it by the lake.
Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months, with 8% in new French oak barrels. A small production of only 419 cases.
