Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay

I enjoyed the overt oak with the mineral laced citrus fruit.

Opened for 4 days and drinking super fresh!

Happy NewYears Day. Ripe fruit, evident minerality lean and luscious, Chardonnay at a high level of yummy!!

Fine tuned.

Full blown brown butter new oak nose. Decent acidity and tart fruit

My worst bottle of this 6pack. Showing some oxidation not present in previous bottles. Nice honeyed nose, which aspires to Corton Charlemagne oak and density, but flat on the palate.

White stone fruit, chervil, overt citrus. Mile long finish

This one gone. So unfair. Bought rouge ‘06 and it was fine and delicious but blanc ‘11 is already dead. Dead!
