Bright straw yellow color with white flesh fruit aromas. The palate shows white peaches, pears and sweet citrus with vanilla spice. Some wet stone, oak and minerality hit the medium length finish.

Dinner at 6Smith, the re-opened boat-up space in Wayzata (fka North Coast). A different approach to chardonnay - more like Rombauer in its intense creaminess. Oakey and creamy at the same time. Hard to do well, but this Argentinian pulls it off. However, this is a not a taste that pairs well with the food a 6Smith. Competes with the American spices to become a little bitter. Not the wine’s fault though.
