Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato

Intrigued by this wine. Strong rose and floral notes yet I feel it has more to offer given the chance. Would love to try another glass once decanted.

In an awkward place. Great fresh nose full of flowers and blue fruit but the 14.5 alcohol was really showing/distracting

Why drunk high production Barbera when you could drink #Ruchè / $17/liter at #Vinoutlet on #palmbeach

In the 1 liter party bottle.

Color: light ruby. Nose: bubblegum, with floral tones. Taste: dry, but velvet mouthfeel. Cherry.

Sweet, low acidity, ate with chicken from Pio Pio and sautéed vegetables. A perfect red for a casual Sunday evening.

Very fruity.
