This is not a CA cab for sure. A softer, but berry filled. Nice pairing with steak

Lighter side - typical for a French Pinot. It’s drinkable.

Too sweet for a cab

Fruit forward, no oak or smoke. Clean and wet finish, low tanins. Easy to drink, especially for the very reasonable price. Tastes like a decent banquet wine.

Great with steak.

Lots of cedar, licorice and cinnamon on the nose. Unripened strawberries on the tongue. Tannins are forward but ease up with a subtle roll at the end. Light bodied. Probably needs another four years.

Delicious, rich, and fruity with no lingering aftertaste
