100% Chardonnay, has an oak aged dosage from Chablis. Aromas of tropical fruit & yeasty bread notes. The palate shows apricot, peach and citrus flavors, some mineral & toasty notes with crisp fresh texture. Medium finish, champagne like, refreshing ending with gentle sweetness.

Not my favorite. Too much sweet v dry and a lot of strawberries. If you've had too much to drink and don't have dessert in the house, this would be an option. Don't let that happen....
