vintage 2013 | ‘Forgotten’ bottle, that never was on my winelist, but slept in the cellar. From a flash visit with @BerryMarinussen, riesling specialist. Nice light golden colour. Utterly beautiful smell with minerality, slate, honey. I was startled by the bitterness tasted before diner. But I was enchanted combining this with dim sum as starter and classic chow mein from Ken Hom. Fantastic combinations. Fourteen year old dry riesling from Gondorfer Gäns, delivering!

Vintage 2013 | smell is not 100%, it smells like wet cardboard... damn. Taste is okay, though, powerful and with minerality. No score. | paired with a deer hamburger and vegetable curry

A great start of an evening. Great nose. Hint of RS. Drinks very well. Dry but acidity is well integrated
