Riesling

Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Zesty citrus aroma, piney floral taste, good but not overly dominating acidity initially, mineral finish. Not aged enough to be aged, but tasting well for a vintage vintage. Acidity builds over next two hours, bracingly so. Not highly complex, but cunningly crafted.

Zesty and acidic with lemon peel on the palate. Dry, clean and crisp. Best paired with food.

Great nose of minerality. Slightly sweet with some nice sappyness on the finish. Mouthwatering acids. Really cool
