Tasted with 4 other Champagnes and 1 new world sparkler. My favorite of the tasting. Inviting nose of brioche, fruit and toast. Fine bubbles that explode on entry. Beautifully balanced in the mouth with interplay of fruit, yeastiness and sweetness all held in check. Very classic finish. Love this style.
